These terms cover the use of lovybags.com. Orders themselves are governed by the written quotation and order confirmation we agree with you, not by this page.
Product information
Specifications on this site — material, size, weight, colorways — come from our production sheets and are given in good faith. Handmade and woven products vary slightly from piece to piece, and screen colors differ from fabric and yarn colors. The binding specification for your order is the one written into your quotation and confirmed on the approved sample.
Quotations and orders
Nothing on this site is a price offer. Prices, minimums, lead times and payment terms are given in a written quotation, are valid for the period stated in it, and become binding when both sides confirm an order. The 15–30 day production window runs from order and sample confirmation, not from the date of inquiry.
Samples
Sample cost and timing are quoted per style. An approved sample is the reference for bulk production; if you change the specification after approval, a new sample may be needed.
Your artwork and designs
Artwork, logos, drawings and samples you send remain yours. We use them only to quote, sample and produce your order, and we do not publish them or offer your design to other buyers. You confirm that you have the right to use the artwork you send us.

Text, photographs and page designs on this site belong to Yangjiang Lovy Industry & Trade Co., Ltd.. Please do not republish them as your own product listings. If you are our customer and need product photographs for your own channel, ask us — that is usually a yes.
