This notice covers lovybags.com. In short: we collect what you type into the inquiry form, we use it to answer your inquiry, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry we receive the name, email address, country and message you type into the form, plus anything you choose to add such as a company name or phone number. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we hold that conversation and whatever you send with it.
We do not ask for payment details through this website, and we never ask for passwords.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, quote your order, arrange samples and run the order if you place one. That is the only purpose. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.
How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is kept while there is a live conversation or a live order, and for as long as we may need it for order records afterwards. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered to us by a form-handling service and our email provider; both see the message in transit as part of delivering it. Anything you send may also be seen by the shipping or inspection partners an order needs, and only where the order needs it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. If and when we add website analytics, this notice will be updated to name the tool and what it measures before it goes live.
Your choices
Write to Angel@lovybags.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We answer these requests within 24 hours on business days.
